Application ;
The ACD G1.6 residential gas meter is typically used for cooking and hot water heating applications requiring accuracy at low to medium gas flow rates. It is designed for use with natural gas, LPG and all non-corrosive gases.
Operating Principle
The movement of the diapragm is due the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the meter. The gas enters one side of the diaphragm plate, while on the other side it sluice through a separate port on the valve. When one side is full, the rotating mono-valve moves on the next position, allowing gas to fill the empty side.
