SHM scrapper oil flow meters are a three rotor flow meter, volumetric type, positive displacement, continuously measures the of the liquid in a closed conduit, low friction, long service life, strong adaptability if viscosity changes, widely used for crude ad refined oil. Shell made from cast and rotor from stainless steel.
