By utilizing one pump, Yamada offers a design in which the inlet and outlet ports can be configurated to multilple combinations; ideal for pumping or combining two similar specific gravity fluids.
For instance, a dual suction/single discharge split manifold pump could be used to mix two fluids, such as antifreeze and water. Moreover, if you need to pump two separate colors of ink to two separate locations, then a dual suction/dual discharge pump would be a great fit.
